Please note: Monthly reservations are fully confirmed only after the rental agreement is signed. Guests must sign within 48 hours of booking to secure the reservation. Once your booking is submitted and payment is processed, our team will reach out to you to complete the agreement and finalize your stay.

• Mid-Stay Clean: Please be aware a mid-stay cleaning is required every 14 days to maintain the quality and condition of the home. The mid-stay cleaning fee is the same amount as the standard cleaning fee charged at booking. Our team will coordinate a convenient time for this service with you during your stay!

• Security deposit: Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $1000 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days within check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.
