Featuring two open-concept kitchens, indoor and outdoor dining, fireplaces, a hot tub, and 5 kayaks for guest use, this home is designed for comfort, connection, and adventure. Enjoy a short walk or float to Lake Michigan or downtown Glen Arbor for the ultimate Northern Michigan escape.

🐾 Pet Policy – Pet fee is $250 per stay for up to 2 dogs (50 lbs max each). Please notify us in advance so we can prepare pet amenities. While we strive to minimize allergens, guests with sensitivities should be aware. Use provided sofa covers and designated towels for pets. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage.

Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.

If you’re traveling with a young one, you’ll find a Pack 'n Play and a high chair in the closet.

Five bedrooms, a Pack 'n Play, and one queen sofa bed in the living room (upstairs) mean this home can comfortably accommodate up to 13 adults and/or an infant, a rare commodity in the middle of Sleeping Bear Dune National Lakeshore.

The cottage includes two full bathrooms and one half bath, each featuring high-quality amenities for your comfort.

Each level includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an Insta-pot, a blender, a crockpot, and a coffee station. Families will appreciate kids’ utensils, bowls, and a highchair, plus basic pet supplies for your furry friends.

Gather indoors or dine outside in the covered porch with a large dining table and picnic seating. Each kitchen includes an island with bar seating—plenty of room for group meals or cozy morning coffee overlooking the river.

Two inviting living areas feature plush furnishings and Smart TVs with streaming apps (log in with your own accounts). Whether curling up by the fireplace or playing games with family, this home makes it easy to relax.

☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACES ☆☆
Step outside to the veranda or backyard and unwind in Adirondack chairs by the river or around the outdoor fire pit. The dock extends into Crystal River, offering a serene spot for morning coffee or sunset views.

Our cottage is right on Crystal River, a short distance from Lake Michigan. The property is shaded with trees, and often there is a nice breeze blowing. AC is provided by the 5 mini-split units in the property, they are in all 4 bedrooms and 1 in the main living space upstairs. Each bedroom also features a ceiling fan, with the exception of the loft.

Hot Tub Access: The hot tub is available for guest use—please enjoy it responsibly and at your own risk. All posted rules must be followed at all times. Failure to follow hot tub guidelines that results in misuse requiring draining, cleaning, and refilling will incur a $325 service fee.

We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.

If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.

Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

Please Note: For security and liability reasons, our address cannot be used for mail or package deliveries. Please utilize local Amazon lockers or postal services for your delivery needs.

• Check-in/out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are available by request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.

• Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.

• Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund and a free cancellation, a credit card processing fee will be deducted.
